Pannello di gestione cavi DeLOCK 19 pollici barra spazzola per gestione cavi 66544

The DeLOCK 19" Cable Management Brush Strip 66544 is a 1U cable management panel designed for installation in a 19" network cabinet. Made of durable metal with a grey finish, the panel measures 483 mm wide, 44.5 mm high and 65 mm deep. It combines a nylon brush seal and five solid horizontal hooks to guide patch cords from the front to the rear and to conceal cabling inside the rack.

Advantages

The integrated nylon brushes prevent ingress of dust and dirt while allowing cables to pass through. Five sturdy hooks enable neat horizontal routing of patch cords to reduce tangling and mechanical stress. The compact 1U design fits standard 19" racks and provides a clean visual appearance by hiding cables from view.

Suitable for

• Organising patch cords in 19" network cabinets
• Maintaining tidy front-to-rear cable routing in server racks
• Protecting cable entry points from dust in network enclosures

How to use

Mount the panel in a free 1U position of a standard 19" network cabinet using appropriate screws. Use the five solid hooks to guide cables horizontally and secure them to avoid strain on connectors. Ensure hooks are used to distribute cables evenly and prevent sharp bends.

Recommendations

For best results, combine the brush strip with cable ties or Velcro straps to group cables on the hooks and avoid overloading a single hook; inspect the brush periodically and clean gently to maintain dust protection.
