Key specifications

How to use

Position the trim panel at the side of the base/plinth unit and secure it according to the enclosure manufacturer's instructions or the mounting points provided on the base. For 200 mm high base/plinths, install one 200 mm trim panel or fit two 100 mm panels stacked as required. Ensure panels are aligned with adjoining units in bayed assemblies to maintain a continuous exterior surface and proper mechanical support.

Recommendations

Use compatible fastening hardware as specified by Rittal and avoid overtightening to prevent deformation of the steel. When combining two 100 mm panels to match a 200 mm base, verify alignment and load distribution across the bayed base/plinth to preserve stability.
