Pannello per rack Rittal 1934.200 — alluminio, bianco, larghezza 482,6 mm, confezione da 3

Rittal 1934.200 is an aluminium rack plate designed for 19-inch enclosures with a mounting width of 482.6 mm. Supplied as a pack of three, the white-finished plates serve as blanking panels or internal mounting surfaces for equipment, cable support and accessory attachment inside server, network and industrial racks. The aluminium construction provides lightweight rigidity and corrosion-resistant surface protection suitable for structured installation environments.

Advantages

The aluminium material combines low weight with sufficient stiffness for supporting mounted modules and accessories while easing handling during installation. The white finish offers a neutral appearance that helps maintain a uniform look inside racks and facilitates identification of mounted elements. Supplied in a set of three, the pack allows simultaneous outfitting of multiple rack units or provides spare panels for later use. The plate format is compatible with standard 19-inch enclosure mounting conventions and can be used to close off unused rack space to improve airflow management.

Key specifications

How to use

Mount the plate in the desired position within a 19-inch enclosure using the rack's existing mounting points or compatible fasteners. Use the plate to close unused spaces, attach small modules or secure cable management accessories. Ensure the fastening method provides adequate support for any additional components mounted to the plate. For best results, align the plate edges with adjacent rack rails and verify that ventilation paths remain unobstructed except where deliberate blanking is intended.

Recommendations

Store unused plates in a dry environment to avoid surface contamination. When cutting or drilling the aluminium for custom fixings, deburr edges and apply appropriate corrosion protection at cut sites. Use compatible rack fasteners and avoid overloading the plate beyond the capacity of its mounting points.
