Power booster DC-DC ALLNET ALL-B100-24VDC: ingresso 24VDC, uscita 48–55VDC, fino a 95W

ALLNET ALL-B100-24VDC is a DC-DC power booster that converts a 24VDC input into a higher 48–55VDC output with a maximum power of 95W. The converter is intended for installations where existing 24V supplies must feed devices requiring elevated DC voltage. It delivers a compact step-up solution with regulated output voltage and sufficient power capacity to support networking equipment, communication radios and industrial control modules while preserving the original 24V source.

Advantages

The unit provides a stable boost from 24V to an adjustable 48–55V range, supporting up to 95W of output power. Its compact form factor allows installation in constrained spaces or enclosures. The regulated output minimizes voltage variation under load, enabling reliable operation of sensitive equipment. Built with standard input and output terminals, the booster integrates into existing 24V systems without extensive rewiring.

Suitable for

• Powering network devices that require ~48–54VDC from a 24V supply
• Supplying communication radios and remote transceivers
• Feeding industrial modules, controllers or sensors that need elevated DC voltage
• Retrofit installations where adding a higher-voltage supply is impractical

Key specifications

• Input voltage: 24 VDC nominal
• Output voltage range: 48–55 VDC (adjustable)
• Maximum output power: up to 95 W
• Conversion type: DC-DC step-up (boost) converter
• Output regulation: designed for stable voltage under varying load
• Physical: compact module suitable for installation in enclosures

How to use

Connect the 24VDC input terminals to a compatible 24V supply observing correct polarity. Connect the output terminals to the device or load that requires 48–55VDC, and adjust the output setting if the unit provides an adjustment control. Verify that the combined load does not exceed the 95W maximum. After powering the booster, measure the output voltage to confirm correct operation and make any necessary fine adjustments before leaving the system in continuous service.

Recommendations

Install the booster in a well-ventilated location and secure electrical connections with appropriate wire gauge and strain relief. Ensure the 24V source can supply sufficient input current for the desired output power, and observe safety practices for DC installations. When used with sensitive networking or radio equipment, verify grounding and shielding to reduce interference. Consult device documentation for ambient temperature limits and mounting orientation.
