Pressacavo DeLOCK 90° angolare PG7 grigio con scarico di trazione

The DeLOCK Cable Gland 90° angled PG7 grey with strain relief provides a watertight lead-through for cables and electrical conduits while changing the cable direction by 90 degrees. Its compact, angled design makes it suitable for installations with limited space. Made from durable grey plastic, the gland fits PG7 threaded entries and adds mechanical protection where cable routing and housing sealing are required.

Advantages

The integrated bend protection spiral offers strain relief for flexible cables, reducing the risk of damage from excessive bending or movement. The design achieves IP68 protection against dust and water when installed correctly, increasing resistance to dirt and moisture. The robust construction supports use in industrial environments that require reliable cable sealing and guided routing.

Suitable for

• Electrical enclosures and junction boxes with PG7 entries
• Areas with limited installation space where a 90° cable exit is needed
• Automation equipment, robotics and machinery requiring protected cable routing

How to use

Fit the PG7 threaded section into a corresponding threaded entry of the housing and tighten according to the enclosure manufacturer’s instructions to ensure a watertight seal. Route the cable through the gland and position the bend protection spiral so it supports the cable exit at the 90° angle. Check that the cable diameter is compatible with the gland and that the spiral provides adequate strain relief without compressing the cable.

Recommendations

To maintain IP68 protection and reliable strain relief, install the gland in a matching PG7 thread, avoid over-tightening which can deform sealing surfaces, and verify cable diameter compatibility before final assembly. Regularly inspect the gland and spiral for wear in applications with frequent movement.
