Supporto per cavi in fibra ottica Extralink 1F diametro massimo fascio 2,9 mm nero acciaio

The Extralink Optic cable mounting 1F is a bracket designed to support self-supporting optical cables with a maximum bundle diameter of 2.9 mm. Constructed from ABS and steel, the mounting is intended for secure, long-lasting attachment of single-fiber (1F) optic cable runs and is supplied as a single black unit (MPN: EX.2510).

Advantages

The mounting combines a corrosion-resistant steel component with ABS parts for durability and mechanical strength. It is compact, suitable for single-fiber installations, and finished in black to blend with typical outdoor and indoor cabling environments. The design supports self-supporting cables and limits movement of the cable bundle to preserve fiber integrity.

Suitable for

• Supporting self-supporting optical cables (1F) with bundle diameter up to 2.9 mm
• Indoor and outdoor cable routing where a compact, single-unit bracket is required
• Telecom and data network installations requiring fixed cable attachment points

Key specifications

• Brand: Extralink
• Model / MPN: EX.2510
• Supported cable type: Self-supporting optical cable, single-fiber (1F)
• Maximum bundle diameter: 2.9 mm
• Materials: ABS and steel
• Color: Black
• Package: Sold as a single unit

How to use

Position the bracket at the desired attachment point and fasten the steel portion to the mounting surface using appropriate screws or bolts (not included). Place the self-supporting 1F cable into the bracket so that the bundle does not exceed 2.9 mm in diameter, then secure any retaining elements to hold the cable in place. Ensure the cable follows a smooth path without sharp bends to avoid stress on the fibre.

Recommendations

Use corrosion-resistant fasteners for outdoor installations and verify that the cable bundle diameter does not exceed 2.9 mm. Avoid overtightening to prevent deformation of the cable jacket and maintain minimum bend radius appropriate for the fibre type.
