Prolunga telefonica modulare RJ ISDN ShiverPeaks 70230-8/4W — cablaggio 8/4, connettore maschio Western (RJ)

The ShiverPeaks modular RJ ISDN telephone extension 70230-8/4W provides an 8/4 wiring configuration with a Western (RJ) connector designed to extend or adapt ISDN telephone lines. This cable is intended for straightforward connectivity between ISDN terminal devices, PBX extensions and telephone sets that use the 8/4 pinout. The construction supports modular installation in office or home communication setups and ensures a consistent electrical connection for voice and ISDN signaling.

Advantages

The extension features a standardized Western (RJ) connector and an 8/4 wiring scheme that matches the pinout required by many ISDN devices, reducing the need for rewiring or adapter modules. Its modular format simplifies installation and replacement in existing communication systems. The cable maintains signal continuity and minimizes installation complexity when extending or rerouting ISDN lines.

Suitable for

• Connecting ISDN terminal adapters to wall outlets or PBX ports
• Extending telephone sets that require 8/4 pinout wiring
• Temporary rerouting of ISDN lines during office reconfiguration
• Home telephony setups using ISDN devices with Western (RJ) connectors

Key specifications

• Wiring configuration: 8/4 (four active conductors within an 8-position connector)
• Connector type: Western (RJ) modular connector
• Intended use: ISDN telephone signal and voice connectivity
• Form factor: modular plug to modular jack extension
• Color: white
• Length: 10.0 m

How to use

Insert the modular plug into the ISDN device or wall outlet and connect the corresponding modular jack to the telephone equipment or PBX port. Ensure the connectors click securely into place and that the cable follows a path that avoids sharp bends and sources of electrical interference. Verify signal and call functionality after installation and replace the extension if any intermittent connection or damage is detected.

Recommendations

For reliable ISDN performance, use the extension in indoor environments and avoid excessive tension or tight bends. When integrating with PBX systems or multiple-line setups, confirm the 8/4 pinout compatibility with connected devices prior to permanent installation.
