The Triton RBA-09-AS5–CAX–A1 is a 9U wall-mounted rack designed for installation of data and telecommunication devices and their distribution systems. The cabinet features a compact welded steel construction with a 5 mm safety hardened glass front door (standard), adjustable 19" vertical rails, and breakout-type blanking panels for cable entry at the top, bottom and rear. The unit has IP30 protection, a white finish, and an earth connection point to ensure proper grounding during use.

Advantages

The welded construction provides robust mechanical strength and a tidy appearance. The hinged glass door opens nearly 180° and is removable for easier access. One pair of 19" vertical rails is freely adjustable in depth to simplify device mounting and cable management. Breakout-type blanking panels and a supplied brush-sealed panel reduce dust ingress. The package includes keys, mounting screws, dowels, captive nuts and the blanking panel with brush for immediate installation.

How to use

Hang the cabinet on a suitable load-bearing wall using appropriate anchors for the wall material. Fix the provided captive nuts and sliding 19" rails at the required depth, then install devices into the rails following standard 19" rack mounting practices. Use the breakout-type blanking panels and the supplied brush-sealed panel to route and seal cables in the top, bottom or rear openings. Connect earthing cables of the frame and removable parts to the cabinet earthing point (M8 screw on the bottom) and ensure all grounding connections remain fixed during use.

Recommendations

Place heavier equipment low in the cabinet to maintain stability, and do not exceed the 30 kg maximum load. Ensure all earthing connections are in place before powering equipment to maintain safety and electromagnetic compatibility.
