Righello WEDO 300 mm alluminio con inserto antiscivolo in gomma

The WEDO 300 mm aluminium ruler with non-slip rubber insert is a compact measuring tool designed for precise length measurement and straightedge drawing. Its rigid, lightweight aluminium body provides stable, distortion-free edges for accurate lines while the integrated rubber insert improves grip on paper and smooth work surfaces to reduce slippage during use. The 300 mm length makes the ruler convenient for technical drawing, sketching, crafting, office tasks and schoolwork where exact short-span measurements and clean edges are required.

Advantages

The aluminium construction combines stiffness and light weight to maintain straightness without warping. A non-slip rubber insert along the measurement edge stabilizes the ruler on paper and prevents unwanted movement, helping to produce neater lines. The scale is readable and positioned for typical drawing and measuring tasks, and the compact 300 mm size is easy to store in pencil cases, desks or toolkits. The durable materials require minimal maintenance and resist everyday wear in classrooms, studios or offices.

Suitable for

• Technical drawing and drafting on paper
• Sketching, illustration and craft projects
• Office tasks such as measuring and trimming documents
• School activities, homework and geometry exercises
• DIY projects that need short straight edges

Key specifications

• Length: 300 mm
• Material: aluminium body with rubber insert
• Edge type: straight, rigid aluminium edge with non-slip rubber
• Finish: matte metallic surface to reduce glare
• Weight: lightweight for easy handling

How to use

Place the ruler on the work surface with the rubber insert contacting the paper or material to be measured. Align the zero point with the start of the measurement and read the scale at the desired mark. For drawing straight lines, hold the ruler firmly by pressing along the aluminium body above the rubber insert while guiding a pencil or pen along the aluminium edge. For cutting tasks, ensure the ruler is held securely and use a suitable cutting mat beneath the material to protect surfaces and preserve the ruler edge.

Recommendations

Store the ruler flat or in a protective sleeve to avoid bending. Clean the rubber insert and aluminium edge with a soft cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners. When performing precise cutting, use a metal-backed ruler or add a cutting strip to prevent damage to the edge and extend the ruler’s service life.
