Ripiano estraibile per rack Rockstable RS19-UH68 19"

The Rockstable RS19-UH68 19 inch extendable rack shelf is a 1U mounting shelf designed for installation in 19" racks and server cabinets with an 800 mm depth. It has a reinforced base plate that supports loads up to 100 kg, airshafts in the bottom for improved ventilation and extendable bearing tracks that adjust depth up to 210 mm, providing flexible placement of non-rack-mountable devices and accessories.

Advantages

The shelf combines a reinforced SPCC steel construction with an extendable design to accommodate different equipment depths while maintaining load capacity. Built-in airshafts improve airflow beneath mounted devices, and compatibility with standard 19" racks makes the unit suitable for mixed installations in server rooms and data centers.

Suitable for

• Mounting non-rackable equipment (monitors, small NAS, UPS modules)
• Holding peripherals and accessories inside 19" server cabinets
• Temporary placement of devices during maintenance or testing

Key specifications

• Model: Rockstable RS19-UH68 19 inch
• Form factor: 1U rack shelf
• Material: SPCC steel
• Color: Black
• Designed rack depth: 800 mm
• Extendable bearing tracks: up to 210 mm
• Reinforced base plate load capacity: up to 100 kg
• Includes: 1 piece

How to use

Install the shelf into a 19" rack at the desired 1U position using compatible mounting hardware. Adjust the bearing tracks to the required depth (up to 210 mm) to support the device footprint, then secure equipment on the reinforced base plate. Ensure the cabinet depth is at least 800 mm and verify that the device weight does not exceed 100 kg. Use the airshafts to maintain ventilation below installed equipment.

Recommendations

For stable operation, distribute loads evenly across the reinforced base plate and avoid concentrated heavy points. Verify rack mounting hardware tightness after installation and allow clearance for airflow through the bottom airshafts. Use this shelf for devices that require a flat support surface rather than full 19" rail mounting.
