The InLine 19" 400mm rack shelf is a simple shelf for mounting on the front 19" profile rail to store devices and network accessories. Constructed from sturdy SPCC sheet steel with a powder-coated RAL 9005 black finish, it offers a compact 2U height and a 400 mm depth with a rated load capacity of 20 kg. The shelf includes an accessory pack with 4 screws, 4 cage nuts and 4 washers for installation.

Advantages

The shelf is made of robust SPCC steel and powder-coated for corrosion resistance and a consistent black finish. Its 2U form factor and 400 mm depth make it compatible with standard 19" racks while keeping a low profile. How to use

Mount the shelf on the front 19" profile rail of a compatible network cabinet using the included screws and cage nuts. Position the shelf at the desired 2U height, insert the cage nuts into the rack rails, align the shelf mounting holes and fasten with the supplied screws and washers. Place devices and accessories on the shelf ensuring the total weight does not exceed the 20 kg limit and distribute weight evenly across the shelf surface.

Recommendations

For safe and reliable operation, confirm compatibility with the rack profile before installation, avoid exceeding the 20 kg load capacity, and distribute items evenly. Do not use the shelf to support heavy or vibrating equipment that requires rack-mounted brackets; secure cabling to prevent strain on devices.
