Ripiano rack ROLINE 19 pollici 1U regolabile 700 mm 50 kg nero

The ROLINE 19-inch 1U adjustable rack shelf is a permanently installable shelf for 19" network or server enclosures. Made of sturdy, perforated sheet steel and finished in black, the shelf measures 485 mm wide, 700 mm deep and 44 mm high and provides a flat storage surface for components that cannot be mounted directly in 19" equipment. It mounts to the four 19" profile rails and supports up to 50 kg. The mounting rails are adjustable to suit different installation depths.

Advantages

This adjustable 1U shelf offers a robust steel construction with perforations for ventilation, compatibility with standard 19" racks (485 mm usable width), and an adjustable rail system for flexible positioning. Its 50 kg load capacity allows safe placement of heavier devices or accessories that do not fit into rack chassis.

Suitable for

• Storing non-rack-mountable devices (modems, power supplies, small UPS units)
• Holding tools, cables and spare parts in server rooms
• Temporary placement of equipment during installation or maintenance

Place devices or accessories on the perforated surface, ensuring the total weight does not exceed the 50 kg rating and that airflow around active equipment is not obstructed.

Recommendations

For safe operation, distribute weight evenly across the shelf, avoid placing heat-generating devices directly on top of others, and periodically check mounting hardware for tightness. Use the perforations to maintain ventilation and prevent accumulation of dust.
