Robot da cucina Severin KM 3898 1000 W 5,5 L nero acciaio spazzolato argento

The Severin KM 3898 food processor combines a 1000 W motor with a 5.5 L bowl to handle a wide range of kitchen tasks. Finished in black with brushed steel and silver accents, the unit integrates built-in scales to measure ingredients during preparation. The design balances capacity and power for home cooking, offering stable performance for mixing, chopping and kneading operations.

Advantages

The powerful 1000 W motor delivers consistent torque for dense doughs and repeated processing cycles, while the 5.5 L bowl provides sufficient volume for family-sized batches. Built-in scales enable precise portioning directly in the bowl, reducing the need for additional measuring tools. The combination of metal and dark finishes makes the appliance durable and easy to integrate into modern kitchens. The unit’s weight supports steady operation without excessive vibration.

Suitable for

• Preparing doughs for bread, pizza and pastries
• Mixing batters and sauces
• Chopping vegetables and nuts
• Blending ingredients for dips and spreads
• Measuring ingredients directly during food preparation

Key specifications

• Motor power: 1000 W
• Bowl capacity: 5.5 L
• Product weight: 6.71 kg
• Colour: black with brushed steel and silver accents
• Integrated weighing function for ingredient measurement

How to use

Place the food processor on a stable, level surface and ensure the bowl is correctly seated before switching on. Add ingredients according to the recipe and select the appropriate speed or attachment for the task — for example, use dough hooks for kneading and mixing blades for batters. Use the integrated scales to weigh ingredients directly into the bowl, then adjust processing time as needed. After use, switch off and unplug the unit, detach removable parts and clean according to the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid overfilling the 5.5 L bowl beyond recommended levels, allow the motor to rest during prolonged continuous use, and use the correct attachments for each task to extend the service life of the appliance. Regularly check seals and removable components for wear and clean them after each use to maintain accuracy of the weighing function.
