Rotella da trasporto Roadinger 30004007 100 mm blu con freno

Roadinger caster wheel 100 mm blue with brake is a compact, lockable wheel designed for indoor applications on trolleys, furniture and light equipment. The 100 mm diameter provides a balance between load capacity and smooth rolling on flat surfaces, while the integrated brake allows quick immobilization of the mounted item. The wheel's blue tread and metal mounting components are intended for straightforward installation and routine use in warehouses, studios, offices and exhibition setups.

Advantages

This caster wheel combines mobility and stability in one unit: a medium-diameter wheel for reduced rolling resistance and an integrated brake for immediate locking. The construction is suitable for repeated repositioning and short-distance transport; installation requires common fastening methods for castors. The compact design reduces the overall footprint under trolleys and furniture while keeping the mounted object stable when the brake is engaged.

How to use

Attach the caster wheel to the underside of the trolley, furniture or equipment using the appropriate mounting method and fasteners for your application. After installation, test rolling and braking on the intended floor surface to confirm smooth movement and effective lock engagement. Use the brake to secure the item when stationary; release the brake to move the item as needed. Regularly check mounting fasteners and the brake mechanism for wear or loosening.

Recommendations

Use these caster wheels on clean, level indoor floors to achieve best rolling performance and brake function. Avoid heavy impacts and exposure to moisture or chemicals that could affect the wheel material or brake components. Periodic inspection and tightening of fasteners will maintain safe operation.
