Rotella Roadinger 100 mm azzurro

Roadinger caster wheel with a 100 mm diameter light blue wheel designed to provide smooth, reliable rolling for indoor equipment and furniture. The caster enables easier repositioning of boxes, stands, mobile racks and similar items by reducing floor friction and allowing controlled movement. Its medium size makes it suitable where a compact, unobtrusive caster is required while maintaining good load-bearing capability for everyday indoor use.

Advantages

The caster wheel offers consistent rolling performance on hard indoor surfaces and a compact profile that fits a variety of equipment. Its 100 mm diameter balances load capacity and maneuverability, while the light blue wheel is easy to identify in mixed assemblies. The design reduces effort required to move objects and protects floors from excessive wear compared with rigid supports.

How to use

Secure the caster to the mounting plate or bracket provided on the equipment using appropriate fasteners compatible with the mounting holes. Ensure all four casters (or the set in use) are fitted at the same height and tightened evenly to prevent wobble. Test rolling movement on the intended floor surface and adjust load distribution if necessary to maintain stable and smooth mobility.

Recommendations

For longest service life, use the caster on clean, flat indoor floors and avoid exposure to moisture or chemicals. Periodically inspect for debris, wear, and loose fasteners; replace the caster if wheel degradation or compromised mounting is detected.
