Ruijie Networks RG-RAP2200(F) Access Point WLAN 1267 Mbit/s bianco Power over Ethernet (PoE)

The Ruijie Networks RG-RAP2200(F) wireless access point provides dual-band coverage (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) with a combined maximum data rate of 1267 Mbit/s. Designed for PoE deployment, this white indoor access point supports Gigabit Ethernet uplink speeds and integrates MU-MIMO Wave 2 technology, Layer 3 roaming and cloud-based management for simplified installation and centralized maintenance.

Advantages

The RG-RAP2200(F) delivers improved multi-user throughput through MU-MIMO under 802.11ac Wave 2 and offers one-click wireless optimization via WIO (Wi‑Fi Intelligent Optimization). SON (Self-organizing Network) technology together with Ruijie Cloud APP enables fast network provisioning in approximately three minutes, while Layer 3 roaming ensures smooth transitions between subnets. Power over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3af/at) support and an integrated antenna simplify installation and reduce cabling requirements.

Suitable for

• High-density indoor environments such as classrooms, conference rooms, and open-plan offices
• Small and medium business branches requiring centralized cloud management
• Environments that need smooth roaming across Layer 3 networks
• Installations where Power over Ethernet deployment is preferred

Key specifications

• Wireless bands: 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz dual-radio operation
• Maximum combined data rate: 1267 Mbit/s
• Wireless standard: 802.11ac Wave 2 with MU‑MIMO support
• Ethernet ports: Gigabit Ethernet uplink (10/100/1000 Mbit/s)
• Power: Power over Ethernet support (IEEE 802.3af, IEEE 802.3at)
• Antenna: internal integrated antenna
• Management: cloud-based management and SON for rapid deployment

How to use

Mount the access point in a suitable indoor location with good line-of-sight to client devices and connect the device to a Gigabit PoE switch or PoE injector that complies with IEEE 802.3af/at. Use the Ruijie Cloud APP to discover and provision the access point; SON technology can automatically configure basic network settings. For optimized wireless performance, enable WIO to apply one-click network-wide optimization and ensure MU‑MIMO and dual-band operation are active.

Recommendations

Place the access point centrally in the coverage area, keep it away from large metal objects and sources of RF interference, and ensure PoE power budget and uplink bandwidth meet the expected number of concurrent clients. Regularly monitor the network via Ruijie Cloud to apply firmware updates and adjust settings for changing density and traffic patterns.
