Advantages

CORE.RDY 360 technology offers continuous, multi-directional lumbar support that adapts to posture changes. The SYNC6 mechanism combines synchronous tilt and forward seat tilt for coordinated recline and seat angle adjustments, enabling six levels of fine-tuned comfort. The padded headrest with side support and memory-foam-like cushioning relieves neck strain while the reinforced strap keeps the headrest stable. A reversible under-desk footrest provides two modes for circulation or dynamic engagement of lower legs. Adjustable seat depth and a seatback pocket increase usability and convenience. Durable materials, including a nylon frame and steel base, ensure long-term reliability.

How to use

Sit on the chair and adjust its height so your feet rest flat on the floor and your knees form approximately a right angle. Use the SYNC6 controls to set synchronous tilt and, if needed, engage forward seat tilt to open the lower-body angle for task-focused leaning. Turn the knob under the seat to adjust seat depth and slide the seat forward or back for optimal thigh support. Position the headrest using the reinforced strap and check it is stable. Use the footrest in Footrest Mode to support circulation or flip it to Rocker Mode to engage lower-leg muscles. Store small items in the seatback pocket for easy access.

Recommendations

For best ergonomic effect, alternate between upright and reclined positions during long sessions, keep the lumbar support adjusted to follow your spine curvature, and set seat depth so there is a small gap between the seat edge and the back of your knees. Regularly check caster wheels and fastenings for stability.
