Recommendations

For reliable operation, use quality alkaline AA batteries and replace them before deep discharge. Keep the firmware and mobile app updated for security and compatibility. Use the mechanical key as a backup and configure time-limited passwords for guest or service access. If the battery is depleted, provide temporary external power (for example, powerbank) at the lock’s external power contact to restore operation.
