How to use

Select the appropriate knife from the set for the task — use a chef or utility knife for slicing and chopping, a paring knife for peeling and detailed work, and a serrated knife for bread. Open the folding chopping board and place it on a stable, dry surface before cutting. After use, clean knives and board according to the manufacturer’s care instructions, dry thoroughly and fold the board to store the knives safely and save space.

Recommendations

To maintain blade performance, hand-wash knives and the chopping board with mild detergent and avoid abrasive cleaners or dishwashers unless the manufacturer specifies they are dishwasher-safe. Store the set folded and dry to protect blade edges; sharpen blades as needed with appropriate sharpening tools.
