How to use

Preheat the pan over medium heat before adding oil or ingredients to ensure even cooking. Use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to protect the nonstick surface and avoid metal tools that can scratch the coating. Cook at moderate temperatures suitable for nonstick cookware and adjust heat as needed to prevent burning. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing; hand washing with warm soapy water and a soft sponge preserves the coating and finish.

Recommendations

To extend the life of the nonstick surface, avoid overheating the pans, do not use abrasive cleaners, and store pans with a protective layer between them if stacking. For best results, use a small amount of cooking oil for flavor and even browning and follow care instructions appropriate for coated aluminium cookware.
