SHIVERPEAKS BS77941/4 cavo patch in fibra ottica multimodale OM4 LC a SC duplex, 15 m, viola

In modern data centers and high-speed enterprise networks, every connection counts. The SHIVERPEAKS BS77941/4 OM4 fiber patch cable delivers a dependable 15-meter link between LC and SC ports, engineered for 10G/40G/100G Ethernet, Fibre Channel, and InfiniBand. Its violet jacket identifies OM4 multimode fiber at a glance, while the duplex design supports bidirectional communication over two 50/125 µm fibers.

Key specifications

• Length: 15 m
• Fiber type: OM4 multimode, 50/125 µm core/cladding
• Connectors: LC to SC, duplex
• Jacket color: Violet
• Bandwidth: 4700 MHz·km @ 850 nm, 500 MHz·km @ 1300 nm
• Compliance: TIA/EIA-492AAAD, IEEE 802.3ae, RoHS

Why choose it

OM4 fiber supports longer reach at higher speeds than OM3, making it ideal for backbone links and high-density patching. The LC connector's small form factor saves rack space, while the SC connector ensures compatibility with legacy equipment. Precision polished ferrules minimize insertion loss and return loss, ensuring signal integrity across the entire 15-meter span.

Ideal use cases

• Data center interconnects between switches, servers, and storage
• Enterprise backbone cabling in campus networks
• High-speed SAN (Storage Area Network) connections
• Telecom central offices and headends
• Test and measurement environments requiring stable multimode links

Good to know

Each cable is individually tested for insertion loss and return loss, and comes with a lifetime warranty. The violet jacket is the industry-standard color for OM4, simplifying identification in dense cable trays. Duplex zip-cord construction allows easy separation for individual fiber routing if needed.
