Cavo USB S/CONN 13-23045 USB 2.0 3 m USB A USB B nero

The ShiverPeaks USB Cable S/CONN 13-23045 is a 3 m USB 2.0 connection cable with USB A and USB B connectors in a black finish. Designed for wired data transfer and device connection, it provides compatibility with a wide range of peripherals that use a standard USB B port. The cable supports USB 2.0 speeds and a length suited for desktop and office setups where flexible routing between host and device is required.

Advantages

This USB A to USB B cable supports USB 2.0 data transfer rates up to 0.48 Gbit/s and comes in a 3 m length that allows greater placement freedom between computer and peripheral. The black jacket offers a discreet appearance and basic protection for the conductors, while standard USB A and B plugs ensure broad compatibility with printers, scanners and many external devices. The straightforward construction focuses on reliable wired connectivity without extra features that might complicate installation.

Suitable for

• Connecting printers to desktop or workstation USB ports
• Linking scanners and multifunction office devices to a computer
• Attaching external drives and some audio interfaces with USB B connectors
• Temporary or permanent cable routing in office, home office or studio environments

Key specifications

• Connector 1: USB A (male)
• Connector 2: USB B (male)
• USB version: USB 2.0, up to 0.48 Gbit/s
• Cable length: 3 m

How to use

Connect the USB A plug to the host device such as a computer or hub and insert the USB B plug into the peripheral device’s USB B port. Ensure both devices are powered according to their manufacturer instructions before initiating data transfers. For best results, route the cable to avoid tight bends or sharp kinks and keep it away from strong electromagnetic sources to minimise interference.

Recommendations

Use this cable for standard USB 2.0 data connections; it is not intended to provide USB 3.x speeds or to carry higher power loads beyond typical USB 2.0 peripheral requirements. Inspect connectors for debris before use and replace the cable if the insulation or plugs show visible damage.
