Why choose it

OM3 fibre supports 10GbE over longer distances than OM2, making this cable suitable for backbone and high-density patching. The aqua jacket provides quick identification of OM3 in mixed fibre environments, and the ceramic ferrules ensure reliable physical contact for stable optical performance.

Ideal use cases

• Data centre patching between LC and ST equipment
• Enterprise LAN backbone connections
• Storage area network (SAN) links
• Fibre channel and 10G Ethernet applications

Good to know

The duplex design includes two fibres in a single zip-cord style jacket, maintaining correct transmit/receive pairing. Polarity A-B ensures proper signal routing between transceivers. This cable is compliant with TIA/EIA and ISO/IEC structured cabling standards.
