SHIVERPEAKS S/CONN maximum connectivity Cavo patch S/FTP Flex Cat. 6A, bianco, 1,5 m 08-28156

High-speed networks demand reliable cabling that can handle 10 Gigabit Ethernet without signal degradation. The SHIVERPEAKS S/CONN maximum connectivity Cat. 6A Flex S/FTP patch cable delivers exactly that: a shielded, flexible solution for connecting servers, switches, and workstations in data centers or office environments. Its S/FTP construction with individually foiled pairs and an overall braid shield minimizes alien crosstalk, ensuring stable performance up to 500 MHz.

Who is it for

Network administrators, IT professionals, and power users who need a dependable, high-bandwidth link for 10GBASE-T applications. Ideal for patch panels, server rooms, and structured cabling systems where space is tight and flexibility matters. Also suitable for home users with demanding multimedia or gaming setups that require maximum throughput.

Main features

• Category 6A performance: supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet up to 500 MHz bandwidth.
• S/FTP shielding: each twisted pair is individually foiled (PiMF) plus an overall braided shield for superior EMI/RFI protection.
• Extra-flexible stranded copper conductors (AWG 26/7) allow tight bends without performance loss.
• Snagless molded boots protect the locking tab during installation and removal.
• Gold-plated RJ45 connectors (50µ") ensure corrosion resistance and reliable contact.
• PVC jacket in white for easy identification and neat cable management.
• Length: 1.5 m — perfect for short patch connections between adjacent equipment.
• Compliant with RoHS and CE standards.

Tips

For best performance, avoid sharp bends with a radius less than 4 times the cable diameter. When routing multiple cables, use cable managers to maintain proper airflow and reduce stress on connectors. Pair with Cat. 6A shielded patch panels and keystone jacks to maintain end-to-end shielding integrity.
