Spazzola a tazza con filo crimpato, ramata, Bosch 2608622008, diametro 5 cm

The Wire Cup Brush delivers an extra-fine surface finish using crimped, brass-coated wires. With a 5 cm diameter and a 6 mm shank, this Bosch 2608622008 brush is designed for light-to-medium cleaning and surface preparation on small-to-medium steel and non-ferrous metal parts. The brass coating increases corrosion protection and the crimped-wire construction balances cutting action with surface finish control.

Advantages

The brass-coated crimped wires provide corrosion resistance and consistent contact with uneven surfaces. The 5 cm cup size and 6 mm shank make the brush compatible with many drills and portable tools. Different wire thicknesses allow selection for either finer or more aggressive material removal depending on application needs.

How to use

Fit the brush into a compatible drill or tool with a 6 mm chuck and secure it before use. Operate at speeds recommended by the drill manufacturer and apply light-to-moderate pressure while moving the brush evenly across the workpiece. Use steady, overlapping passes to achieve a uniform extra-fine finish and avoid concentrating on one spot to prevent excessive wear or damage to the substrate.

Recommendations

Choose wire thickness according to the task: thinner wires for finer finishes and minimal material removal, thicker wires for faster, more aggressive cleaning. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection, gloves and a dust mask. Inspect the brush before use and replace it if wires are worn, bent or detached.
