How to use

Secure the wire wheel brush on a compatible rotary tool or bench grinder with a 2.2 cm shank fitting. Start the tool at low speed to check balance and runout, then increase to the recommended operating speed for your machine. Apply the brush to the workpiece with steady, moderate pressure; avoid excessive force that could damage the workpiece or shorten brush life. Move the brush across the surface in even passes until the desired level of cleaning or surface preparation is achieved. Replace the brush if bristles become excessively worn or if imbalance occurs.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment including eye protection, gloves and hearing protection. Ensure the workpiece is securely clamped. Do not use the brush on soft or fragile materials that may be damaged by aggressive steel bristles. Observe the maximum safe speed specified by your rotary tool and check the brush for damage before each use.
