SSD SATA III 2,5 inch ADATA SU650 960 GB – 520 MB/s lettura, 450 MB/s scrittura, cache

The Ultimate SU650 solid state drive uses 3D NAND Flash and a high-speed controller, offering capacities up to 960GB and read/write performance up to 520/450 MB/s. Compared with 2D NAND SSDs, the SU650 provides improved reliability, SLC caching for boosted performance, and advanced error correction to help protect data integrity. It is designed as an easy PC upgrade with an emphasis on cost-effectiveness and quieter, more robust operation than traditional hard drives.

Advantages

3D NAND technology increases efficiency and endurance versus 2D NAND, while SLC caching raises sustained read/write speeds for smoother booting and file transfers. Built-in ECC reduces data errors and extends drive lifespan. With no moving parts, the drive resists shock and vibration, operates silently, and uses less power than HDDs. ADATA’s SSD Toolbox and Migration Utility are available as free downloads to monitor drive health and simplify migration from an HDD.
