Synergy21 S217900 cavo patch slim Cat6a S/FTP, 0,15 m, grigio, LSZH/TPE, 500 MHz, 10 Gbps

In high-density server rooms and network cabinets, space is at a premium and performance cannot be compromised. The Synergy21 S217900 Cat6a patch cable answers both demands: a slim 4.5 mm diameter with a super-flexible TPE/LSZH jacket that bends easily around tight corners, yet delivers full 10 Gigabit Ethernet up to 500 MHz. At just 0.15 m long, it is the perfect choice for neat, short connections between patch panels, switches, and servers.

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6a (500 MHz), supports 10GBASE-T
• Shielding: S/FTP (braided and foil shielded pairs) for maximum EMI immunity
• Length: 0.15 m – ideal for high-density patching
• Conductor: AWG28 stranded copper, slimline round design (4.5 mm OD)
• Jacket: TPE/LSZH (Superflex) – halogen-free, low smoke, highly flexible
• Colour: Grey
• Connectors: RJ45 male to RJ45 male, 50 µm gold-plated contacts
• Compliant with ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173, and TIA/EIA 568-C.2

Why choose it

This cable is built for modern data centres where airflow, cable management, and reliability are critical. The slim profile reduces congestion and improves cooling, while the S/FTP shielding protects against alien crosstalk in dense bundles. The LSZH jacket ensures safety in case of fire, emitting low smoke and no toxic halogens, making it suitable for public buildings and enclosed spaces. The super-flexible TPE material resists kinking and retains its shape, even after repeated re-patching.

Ideal use cases

• High-density patch panel to switch connections in data centres
• Server-to-switch links in racks and cabinets
• Short runs in structured cabling systems requiring Cat6a performance
• Environments where halogen-free cabling is mandatory (hospitals, schools, offices)

Good to know

Despite its slim design, this cable meets all Cat6a performance requirements, including alien crosstalk specifications. The AWG28 stranded conductors provide flexibility while maintaining signal integrity over short distances. The cable is supplied individually and is ready for immediate deployment. For best results, avoid excessive bending beyond the recommended radius (typically 4x cable diameter) and use proper strain relief in high-movement areas.
