How to use

Connect the GRP2604 to your network using the Gigabit Ethernet port or PoE (on GRP2604P). Power on the device and enroll it into your provisioning system; for large deployments use Grandstream Device Management System (GDMS) or your preferred provisioning server for zero-touch configuration. Use the touchscreen LCD to navigate menus, add contacts to the 2000-entry phonebook, configure SIP accounts and set audio preferences. For headset use, enable EHS support and pair the compatible headset according to the headset manufacturer’s instructions.

Recommendations

For secure and scalable deployments, register devices through GDMS and keep firmware updated. Use PoE where possible to simplify cabling, and select the GRP2604P if integrated PoE is required. For best audio quality, use supported wideband codecs (G.722 or OPUS) and ensure sufficient network bandwidth.
