testo strisce indicatrici di temperatura 0646 0077, 10 punti irreversibile, 77–127 °C, confezione da 10

In industrial maintenance and quality control, technicians rely on these self-adhesive strips to confirm that a surface has reached a specific temperature. Each strip contains ten heat-sensitive elements that change from white to black when their rated temperature is exceeded, providing a permanent record of peak temperature exposure.

Key specifications

• Temperature points: 77, 82, 87, 93, 99, 104, 110, 116, 121, 127 °C
• Accuracy: ±1.5 °C up to 100 °C, ±1 % of measured value above 100 °C
• Irreversible colour change: white to black
• Self-adhesive backing
• Strip dimensions: 50 x 18 mm
• 10 strips per pack
• Response time: 1–2 seconds
• Storage: cool, dry place (e.g., 20 °C, 50 % RH)
• Shelf life: 2 years under proper storage

Why choose it

The irreversible colour change ensures a tamper-proof record of temperature exposure, making these strips ideal for applications where continuous monitoring is not possible. The wide temperature range and multiple points allow for detailed thermal profiling.

Ideal use cases

• Monitoring engine and exhaust components
• Verifying curing temperatures in composites
• Checking electrical connections for overheating
• Quality control in manufacturing processes

Good to know

The strips are made of heat-sensitive elements on a self-adhesive foil and should be stored in a cool, dry place to maintain accuracy. They are suitable for use in industrial, automotive, electrical, and laboratory environments.
