Ubiquiti UniFi Protect G6 Pro Dome telecamera di sicurezza IP dome 8MP 4K UVC-G6-Pro-Dome

The Ubiquiti UniFi Protect G6 Pro Dome (UVC-G6-Pro-Dome) is a professional-grade 4K dome IP security camera built for both indoor and outdoor surveillance. It pairs a large 1/1.2" 8MP sensor with a motorised 2.36x optical-zoom lens to deliver crisp 3840 x 2160 video at 30 frames per second, while its onboard Multi-TOPS AI engine performs advanced object analytics directly on the device. Powered over Ethernet and protected by an IP66 weatherproof, IK10 vandal-resistant housing, it integrates seamlessly into any UniFi Protect deployment.

Advantages

The oversized 1/1.2" sensor captures exceptional detail and low-light performance, and adaptive infrared illumination extends clear night vision up to 40 metres. The motorised varifocal lens (5.9-13.8 mm, f/1.5-f/2.9) with 2.36x optical zoom lets you frame wide areas or zoom in on distant subjects without losing resolution. The dedicated AI engine enables face recognition, licence plate recognition and smart detections for people, vehicles and animals, reducing false alerts. A rugged metal IP66 / IK10 enclosure withstands dust, water and tampering across a wide -20 to 50 degC operating range.

Suitable for

• Building entrances, lobbies and reception areas
• Outdoor perimeters, yards and parking facilities
• Retail, office and warehouse monitoring
• UniFi Protect ecosystems requiring on-device AI analytics

How to use

Mount the camera on a ceiling or wall using the supplied bracket and aim it at the target area. Connect it to a PoE+ switch or injector with a single Ethernet cable for both power and data, then adopt the camera in the UniFi Protect application running on a UniFi NVR or compatible console. From there you can remotely adjust the motorised zoom, configure recording schedules, set detection zones and enable AI smart detections.

Recommendations

For best results, power the camera from a PoE+ source rated for at least 15 W and keep firmware up to date through UniFi Protect. Position the lens to minimise strong backlight, use the optical zoom to balance coverage and detail, and pair it with adequate UniFi Protect storage to retain continuous 4K recordings.
