Vivolink PRODVIAM10 cavo DVI 10 m DVI-D nero

The Vivolink PRODVIAM10 is a 10 m DVI-D cable designed for reliable transmission of digital video signals between devices such as monitors and projectors. The cable features DVI-D connectors on both ends and a robust 9.5 mm diameter construction with external armouring that increases durability for demanding environments. It is RoHS compliant and finished in black.

Advantages

Armoured outer jacket provides protection against mechanical pressure and physical damage, making the cable suitable for installations where extra durability is required. The construction is humidity-proof and corrosion-resistant, allowing use in outdoor or damp environments. The DVI-D connectors ensure a stable digital connection for high-quality video.

Suitable for

• Connecting monitors to PCs or graphics sources
• Connecting projectors for presentations and events
• Permanent or temporary installations in studios, control rooms, or AV racks
• Outdoor or industrial locations requiring rugged cabling

Key specifications

• Length: 10 m
• Connectors: DVI-D to DVI-D
• Cable diameter: 9.5 mm
• Weight: 1.64 kg
• Colour: Black
• Compliance: RoHS

How to use

Connect the DVI-D connector on one end of the Vivolink PRODVIAM10 to the DVI-D output of the source device and the other end to the DVI-D input of the display or projector. Ensure connectors are aligned and screw the connector thumbscrews (if present) to secure the connection. Route the cable along supports or cable trays, avoiding sharp bends and excessive tension to preserve the armouring and internal conductors.

Recommendations

For long-term outdoor or industrial use, periodically inspect the armoured jacket for mechanical damage and ensure connector contacts remain clean and dry. Avoid crushing the cable with heavy equipment and maintain bend radius consistent with typical DVI cable handling to ensure stable signal performance.
