HDD SAS 3,5 pollici Western Digital Ultrastar DH HC570 22 TB, 12 Gbit/s, 7200 giri/min, 512 MB cache

The Western Digital Ultrastar DC HC570 is a 3.5" enterprise-class SAS hard drive offering 22 TB of raw capacity and a 512 MB buffer. Built for data center environments, this 7200 RPM CMR drive uses OptiNAND™ technology and a 10-disk platform to deliver high areal density and maximize storage capacity in space- and power-constrained racks. It is engineered for sustained workloads and provides features for improved resiliency, data protection, and energy-efficient operation.

Advantages

The Ultrastar DC HC570 provides very high data density (22 TB per drive) enabling up to 22.44 PB of raw storage in a typical rack. OptiNAND integration increases non-volatile memory for faster and safer metadata flushes during emergency power off events and enables ArmorCache, which combines the performance of write-cache-enabled mode with the data protection of write-cache-disabled mode. The drive is optimized for low power across sequential and mixed workloads and meets data center reliability requirements with a projected 2.5M MTBF and a 5-year limited warranty.

Suitable for

• Hyperscale and enterprise data centers
• High-density storage arrays and object storage
• Backup and archival systems
• Workloads with heavy application I/O up to 550 TB/year
