Goobay 95155 cavo di rete Cat6 U/UTP (UTP) bianco, 7 m, RJ-45 dorato

Goobay 95155 is a 7 m Cat6 U/UTP (UTP) Ethernet cable with RJ-45 connectors and gold-plated contacts. Designed for reliable Gigabit LAN performance, the cable features unshielded twisted-pair construction, high-quality copper conductors and a flat profile that makes it suitable for discreet installation behind skirting boards, under carpets or along floors. The white sheath and slim connectors allow neat routing in home and office environments while maintaining stable data transmission for routers, switches and patch panels.

Advantages

The flat Cat6 design provides a low bending radius and high flexibility for space-saving installation without compromising signal integrity. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts and quality copper conductors improve contact reliability and reduce the risk of corrosion. A durable PVC jacket and bend protection increase mechanical robustness and help prevent cable breakage during installation and everyday use. The cable is prewired and ready for immediate use with standard network devices.

Suitable for

• Connecting routers, switches and patch panels in home or small office networks
• Gigabit Ethernet links and LAN connections up to Cat6 performance
• Discrete routing behind skirting boards, under carpets or along walls and floors
• Temporary or permanent desk and equipment cabling where a slim profile is required

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6 (U/UTP, unshielded)
• Length: 7 m
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45, straight plugs
• Contacts: gold-plated
• Conductor material: copper

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network ports on your devices, such as a router, switch or computer. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to establish a secure contact. Route the flat cable along the desired path, taking advantage of its low profile to hide it under skirting boards or carpets. Avoid sharp kinks and excessive tension; follow the natural curvature to maintain optimal signal performance.

Recommendations

For best results, keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources such as high-power transformers or large motors. When installing under carpets or through narrow gaps, ensure the cable is not pinched and allow gentle bends rather than tight folds. Use appropriate cable management clips or adhesive channels for long runs to prevent strain on connectors.
