ZiiPa Piana forno per pizza a gas ardesia (ZIIPA22-046)

Reach a blistering 400°C and bake authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas in just 60 seconds with the ZiiPa Piana Gas Pizza Oven. Its 4.4 kW burner and cordierite stone floor deliver the intense heat needed for leopard-spotted crusts and perfectly melted toppings, all in a portable, foldable design.

Overview

Built for outdoor cooking enthusiasts, the Piana combines a powder-coated steel body with a 305 x 305 mm cordierite stone that retains and radiates heat evenly. The integrated piezo ignition starts the oven instantly, while the adjustable flame control lets you fine-tune temperatures from low-and-slow roasting to full-throttle pizza mode. Preheating takes under 15 minutes, and the flame failure device automatically cuts the gas supply if the flame goes out, ensuring safe operation on the patio or at a campsite.
