Base for a network cabinet by ROLINE, model 26.21.0244, with external dimensions of 800×800 mm in black. This cabinet base is designed to provide a stable, level foundation for compatible rack enclosures, facilitating even load distribution and secure placement of cabinets in server rooms, telecommunication closets and general network installations.

Advantages

The ROLINE 800×800 mm cabinet base offers a robust steel construction with a compact footprint that supports standard rack enclosures. Its flat top surface and reinforced corners improve stability under concentrated loads. The black finish ensures a uniform appearance with common server and network equipment and helps resist minor surface wear. The design allows for straightforward alignment with cabinets and helps reduce direct floor contact, protecting the cabinet floor and improving airflow underneath the enclosure.

Suitable for

• Server rooms and data centers for elevated cabinet installation
• Telecommunications and network closets where a dedicated base is required
• Workspaces that need a stable foundation for 19-inch or compatible rack enclosures
• Environments where equipment protection from floor moisture or uneven surfaces is necessary

Key specifications

• External dimensions: 800 × 800 mm
• Color: Black
• Material: Steel construction with reinforced support points
• Designed for use as a supporting base for rack cabinets
• Flat top surface for stable cabinet placement and even load distribution

How to use

Position the cabinet base on a level floor surface and verify alignment with the intended cabinet footprint. Place the rack enclosure centrally on the base so that the cabinet feet or mounting points rest fully on the base surface. If applicable, secure the cabinet to the base following the cabinet manufacturer's instructions or local installation standards. Ensure that the base and cabinet assembly are level and stable before loading equipment. Check for adequate clearance around the base to maintain airflow and allow access for cable routing.

Recommendations

Use the base on a solid, level surface and avoid placing it on unstable or soft flooring. For heavy equipment, confirm load capacity compatibility with the cabinet and base combination and follow recommended mounting practices. Periodically inspect the base and mounting points for signs of wear, corrosion or loosening fasteners, and maintain clearances for ventilation and service access.
