ACT cavo patch U/UTP CAT5E rosso 7 metri con connettori RJ45

The ACT Red 7 meter U/UTP CAT5E patch cable (IB5507) is a 7 m network cable designed for Ethernet connections. It uses U/UTP CAT5E construction with AWG24 conductors and a PVC sheath, and is fitted with gold-plated RJ45 connectors to maintain reliable signal transmission. The cable’s red RAL 3031 colour and 100 MHz bandwidth make it suitable for standard office and home networking setups.

Advantages

The cable offers a 100 MHz bandwidth and CAT5E performance for reliable data transfer at typical Ethernet speeds. AWG24 conductors provide consistent electrical performance, while gold-plated RJ45 connectors reduce contact resistance and corrosion. The PVC sheath protects the cable core and the 7 m length gives installation flexibility. The red RAL 3031 colour makes cable identification easier in patch panels and structured cabling.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches and routers in office or home networks
• Patch panels and wall outlets in structured cabling systems
• Temporary or permanent workstation cabling where 7 m length is required

Key specifications

• Standard: U/UTP CAT5E
• Bandwidth: 100 MHz
• Conductors: AWG 24
• Length: 7 m
• Connector: RJ45, gold-plated contacts
• Sheath: PVC
• Colour: Red (RAL 3031)
• Manufacturer: ACT, MPN IB5507, EAN 8716065134605

How to use

Plug an RJ45 connector into the Ethernet port of your device and the other end into a switch, router or wall outlet. Ensure connectors are fully seated to establish a secure link. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and mechanical strain; use cable ties or organizers if necessary. For best performance, keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources and do not exceed the 7 m length between network devices if additional segments are not rated for the same category.

Recommendations

Use this ACT U/UTP CAT5E 7 m patch cable for standard 100BASE-TX or 1000BASE-T applications within the specified 100 MHz CAT5E rating; for longer runs or higher performance requirements consider higher-category cabling.
