Affilacoltelli a passaggio Work Sharp Precision Adjust Elite 09DX066 — angolo regolabile, pietre diamantate, finitura in pelle, custodia in nylon

Work Sharp Precision Adjust Elite 09DX066 is a manual pull-through knife sharpener designed for controlled edge restoration and refinement. The unit integrates diamond sharpening stones with a leather finishing surface and synthetic components housed in a black nylon body. It offers adjustable angle settings to accommodate different blade profiles and comes in a compact, 650 g assembly intended for home and workshop use. Keep out of reach of children.

Advantages

The adjustable angle mechanism enables repeatable bevel alignment for consistent results across a variety of knives. Diamond sharpening elements provide durable abrasive performance for efficient metal removal, while the leather finish polishes and refines the cutting edge for improved sharpness and burr removal. A nylon housing offers impact resistance and a stable platform during pull-through sharpening, and the pull-through format simplifies use without the need for complex setups.

How to use

Place the sharpener on a stable, flat surface and select the appropriate angle setting for the blade type. With the knife held at a steady, moderate pressure, draw the blade through the diamond sharpening slots in a single, smooth pull from heel to tip, repeating until the desired bevel is established. Move to the leather finishing surface and make several light passes to polish and remove any remaining burr. Inspect the edge visually and by careful touch to confirm uniformity and sharpness. Follow the manufacturer's safety guidance and keep the unit away from children.

Recommendations

Use moderate, consistent pressure during sharpening passes to avoid over-removal of material. Start with coarser diamond settings if the blade is very dull, then progress to finer finishing on the leather surface. Clean the blade and the sharpening slots after use and store the unit in a dry place.
