How to use

Place the sharpener on a flat, stable surface and hold the ergonomic handle firmly. Position the knife blade in the sharpening slot and draw the blade through at a steady pace, applying light, even pressure. Repeat as needed until the desired edge is achieved. Clean the knife and sharpener after use according to manufacturer care guidelines.

Recommendations

Avoid excessive pressure and do not sharpen blades with significant chips or cracks; use short, controlled strokes and check the blade often to prevent over-sharpening.
