Cavo patch in fibra ottica CBO SFP3333BU15MK 15 m, connettore ST, G.657.A1 monomodale, giallo

BlueOptics Fiber optic patch cable SFP3333BU15MK is a 15 m singlemode cable with ST connectors and G.657.A1 bend-insensitive fiber, intended for indoor network connections and equipment interlinks. The yellow jacket designates singlemode fiber and helps with quick identification in cabling runs. Cable construction balances low insertion loss and mechanical flexibility for patch panel use, cross‑connects and short trunking within telecommunications rooms and data cabinets.

Advantages

The G.657.A1 bend‑insensitive singlemode fiber reduces signal attenuation when routed around tight bends or through dense cable pathways. ST connectors provide a bayonet-style metal shell for secure, repeatable mating with compatible equipment and patch panels. A 15 m length offers extended reach for linking racks, switches and active devices without intermediate splices, and the yellow outer jacket ensures clear singlemode identification. Overall the cable offers low insertion loss, standard singlemode performance and flexible handling for indoor installations.

How to use

Route the cable carefully through cable management channels or trays, avoiding sharp edges and excessive tension. Align the ST connector’s bayonet lugs with the receptacle, insert and twist to lock the connector in place. Verify optical connection with appropriate testing equipment or by confirming link status LEDs on connected devices. When unplugging, twist to release the bayonet and pull straight out; avoid pulling on the cable jacket only, and store excess length coiled without tight bends.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep connector endfaces clean and protected with dust caps until installation. Use verified cleaning tools and inspect endfaces before mating. Maintain bend radii above the minimum specified for G.657.A1 fiber to preserve low loss characteristics and avoid repeated stress at the same points.
