Bosch 2 608 620 732 accessorio per smerigliatrice angolare spazzola metallica

The Bosch Wire wheel 2 608 620 732 (X-LOCK Clean for Metal) is an extra-fine wire wheel designed for cleaning and surface preparation on metal. This flat-centre wire wheel delivers a fine surface finish and is suitable for aluminium, non-ferrous metals, pipes, profiles and steel. It is supplied as a single piece and integrates the keyless X-LOCK mounting for quick brush changes.

Advantages

The wire wheel provides an extra-fine finish on metal surfaces, effectively removes annealing colours from welded seams and performs well at high circumferential speeds on smaller steel areas, edges and grooves. It is suitable for rust removal, matt sanding and paint stripping. The X-LOCK system enables fast, tool-free changing of the wheel.

How to use

Mount the wire wheel on a compatible X-LOCK angle grinder according to the grinder manufacturer’s instructions. Use appropriate rotational speed and moderate pressure; allow the wheel to do the work without excessive force. Move the wheel evenly across the workpiece to achieve a uniform extra-fine finish and avoid concentrating on one spot for too long to prevent overheating or damage.

Recommendations

Use suitable personal protective equipment (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection and respiratory protection if needed). Check that the wheel is undamaged before use and follow the angle grinder and wheel safety guidelines. Do not exceed the maximum permitted speed indicated by the grinder and wheel manufacturer.
