How to use

Open the enclosure, insert a 2.5" SATA HDD or SSD into the connector and close the case to secure the disk without tools. Connect the enclosure to your computer using the supplied USB micro-B to USB-A cable. The drive should be recognized automatically by the operating system; if necessary, initialize or format the disk following your OS disk management tools. For optimal SSD performance, ensure the operating system supports TRIM and UASP.

Recommendations

Use the enclosure with a USB 3.0/3.1 port on the computer to achieve maximum transfer speeds. Avoid exposing the enclosure to strong shocks or moisture and periodically back up important data. For SSDs, enable TRIM in the operating system when supported.
