Saucepan Pensofal White Diamond 20 cm with 2 handles is a compact aluminium pan designed for simmering, boiling and heating sauces and small portions. The body is made from 99.5% pure aluminium with high thickness and an exclusive clear Diamond® non-stick interior coating reinforced with diamond powder. The exterior features a multilayer, unalterable non-stick coating with a copper effect. The pan includes a patented stainless steel double forged bottom with a flat surface (FULL INDUCTION) and two Bakelite soft-touch handles with chromed inserts for a safe grip.

How to use

Place the saucepan on a compatible hob and heat gradually to the required cooking temperature. Use utensils suitable for non-stick surfaces (wood, silicone or plastic) to avoid damaging the coating. For induction hobs ensure the pan sits flat on the surface to engage the FULL INDUCTION bottom. Avoid high dry heat for prolonged periods and do not overheat an empty pan.

Recommendations

Clean the pan after each use with warm water, mild detergent and a soft sponge; avoid abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads. Allow the pan to cool before washing. Store with care to prevent scratching the interior surface.
