Cavo di rete LOGON FTP Cat5e 5 m — RJ-45 maschio su RJ-45 maschio, 1000 Mbit/s, rosa

LOGON FTP Cat5e 5 m networking cable in pink is a shielded twisted-pair (FTP) Ethernet cable with RJ-45 connectors at both ends. Designed to meet Cat5e specifications, it supports data transfer speeds up to 1000 Mbit/s and provides a reliable physical connection between routers, switches, computers and other Ethernet devices. The 5 meter length is suitable for typical home and office runs where a shielded cable is preferred to reduce interference in environments with moderate electromagnetic noise.

Advantages

The FTP construction offers additional shielding compared with unshielded cables, helping to limit electromagnetic interference and crosstalk in mixed-cable installations. Compliance with Cat5e performance parameters ensures support for Gigabit Ethernet over standard distances appropriate for this category. The molded RJ-45 connectors on both ends provide secure plug-in connections and strain relief, while the colored jacket makes cable routing and identification easier in multi-cable setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting routers, switches and networked PCs within homes or small offices
• Wiring desktop workstations to wall ports or patch panels
• Temporary or permanent Ethernet links where a shielded Cat5e cable is preferred
• Environments where cable color-coding improves organization and maintenance

Key specifications

• Category: Cat5e shielded twisted pair (FTP)
• Length: 5 m
• Connector type: RJ-45 plug to RJ-45 plug (male to male)
• Maximum data rate: 1000 Mbit/s (Gigabit Ethernet support)
• Cable jacket color: pink
• Typical application: Ethernet networks (10/100/1000BASE-T)

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 plug into the Ethernet port of your router, switch or computer until the connector latches. Use the cable to create a direct link between network devices or to connect devices to patch panels and wall jacks. Ensure connectors are fully seated and avoid sharp bends near the ends to maintain signal integrity. For patched installations, route the cable alongside other networking cabling, using color coding to keep connections identifiable.

Recommendations

For optimal performance avoid running the cable in parallel for long distances with power lines or heavy electrical equipment. Use the shielded FTP cable in areas with potential electromagnetic interference or when connecting equipment in metal enclosures; ensure proper grounding of cable shields in your network infrastructure where applicable.
