Cavo di rete ROLINE CAT.6a S/FTP RJ45 5 m giallo

S/FTP Patch Cord Cat.6A, Component Level, LSOH, yellow, 5 m. The ROLINE CAT.6a S/FTP RJ45 5m Yellow is a prepared networking patch cable designed for reliable high-speed connections between devices. It uses a 4-pair stranded copper conductor and component-level construction to meet Cat6a requirements, and the yellow jacket helps with easy identification in installations.

Advantages

The cable features S/FTP shielding with a complete braid and individual pair shielding using aluminium-clad polyester foil to reduce electromagnetic interference. It has screened RJ-45 connectors on both ends with gold-plated contacts and moulded kink protection for improved durability. The flexible design supports narrow bending radii, and the contact wiring is 1:1 in accordance with the EIA/TIA 568 standard.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches and routers in local area networks
• High-speed data links up to Cat6a performance (10 Gbps in suitable environments)
• Office, server room and structured cabling installations where identification is required

Key specifications

• Cable length: 5 m
• Cable standard: Cat6a (Component Level)
• Cable shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + foil-shielded pairs)
• Construction: 4-pair stranded copper
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Jacket: LSOH (low smoke zero halogen)
• Colour: Yellow

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device and the other into the switch, router or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable without sharp bends and avoid tight compression to preserve shielding and performance. For best results, keep the cable separate from high-voltage power lines and sources of strong electromagnetic interference.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6a S/FTP patch cord for connections that require reduced crosstalk and improved EMI protection. Verify that connected equipment and network infrastructure support Cat6a performance to achieve intended data rates.
