Cavo in fibra ottica EFB Elektronik O0360FT.5 — OS2, LC a SC, 5 m, I‑V(ZN) HH, giallo

EFB Elektronik O0360FT.5 is a 5 m InfiniBand/fibre optic duplex jumper with LC to SC connectors and an I-V(ZN) HH cable construction. The cable uses OS2 single-mode fibre and a low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) outer jacket for improved safety. The flat twin duplex design includes an additional outer jacket for higher stability and easier installation compared with standard jumpers.

Advantages

The flat twin duplex jumper offers greater mechanical stability thanks to the added outer jacket, reducing kinking and wear during handling and routing. The LSZH jacket lowers toxic gas and smoke emissions in case of fire. The LC to SC connector combination and OS2 fibre ensure compatibility with common single-mode InfiniBand and fibre optic equipment.

Suitable for

• Data centre fibre patching and InfiniBand interconnects
• Single-mode optical links requiring LC and SC terminations
• Environments where LSZH jacket is required for safety compliance

Key specifications

How to use

Route the jumper carefully through cable management channels, avoiding sharp bends and strain. Connect the LC end to the appropriate LC port and the SC end to the SC port, ensuring correct polarity for duplex links. Secure the cable with ties or organizers as needed, keeping bend radius within manufacturer guidelines for OS2 fibre.

Recommendations

For reliable optical performance, avoid tight bends and excessive tensile stress. Use in indoor installations or protected pathways where LSZH properties are required; inspect connectors for contamination before mating and clean if necessary.
