Cavo in fibra ottica InfiniBand Lanview LVO231386 2 m 2x SC giallo

The Lanview LVO231386 is a 2 m single mode fibre optic cable with 2x SC connectors and OS2 classification. With a 9 µm core diameter and yellow jacket, this full-duplex patch cord is intended for enterprise networks, telecom rooms, server farms and cloud storage networks where reliable fibre jumper cables are required. It supports typical Ethernet links including 1G, 10G, 40G and 100G and can carry data up to 10 km at 1310 nm or up to 40 km at 1550 nm.

Advantages

This single mode patch cord uses LSZH cable construction and is manufactured to industry standards (IEC, EIA/TIA or Telcordia). The 2 m length and SC–SC connectors provide a simple, full-duplex connection for networking equipment, while the yellow jacket makes identification in cabling runs straightforward. Its OS2 rating and 9 µm core ensure low attenuation for long-distance links.

Suitable for

• Enterprise LAN backbone connections
• Telecom rooms and data centre racks
• Server farms and cloud storage interconnects
• 1G/10G/40G/100G Ethernet links

How to use

Route the fibre patch cord between SC ports on patch panels, transceivers or networking devices. Ensure connectors are clean before insertion to avoid signal loss; use a fibre cleaning tool or lint-free wipes with appropriate cleaner. Insert SC connectors until they click into the adapter or port. Avoid tight bends and secure the cable to prevent strain; observe minimum bend radius recommended by the equipment manufacturer.

Recommendations

Please store and handle the fibre cable in a clean environment, protect connector end-faces with dust caps when not in use, and verify link performance after installation using appropriate test equipment.
