Cavo in fibra ottica METZ CONNECT 151P1JOJO70E LC I-V(ZN) H 7 m giallo

The METZ CONNECT 151P1JOJO70E LC I-V(ZN) H is a 7 m single‑mode fibre optic patch cable designed for indoor network connections. It uses G.657.A2 fibre technology with a 9 µm core diameter and LC connectors on both ends, offering full duplex optical links in a visible yellow jacket. The I‑V(ZN) H cable construction supports flexible routing in patch panels, racks and equipment rooms where high‑density connections and low bend sensitivity are required.

Advantages

This fibre optic cable combines G.657.A2 performance with LC connectors to provide reliable single‑mode transmission and reduced macro‑bend loss. The 7 m length gives a balance between reach and manageable cable runs, while the yellow outer jacket improves visibility for organized cabling. Full duplex operation and standardized LC terminations ensure compatibility with common transceivers and patch panels.

Suitable for

• Indoor patching between switches, optical transceivers and distribution panels
• Server rooms and datacentres requiring single‑mode connections
• High‑density rack installations and fibre management systems
• Environments where low bend sensitivity and flexible routing are needed

Key specifications

• Cable length: 7 m
• Cable type: I-V(ZN) H
• Connector type: LC to LC
• Fibre standard: G.657.A2 single‑mode
• Core diameter: 9 µm
• Colour: Yellow
• Transmission: Full duplex optical link

How to use

Inspect connectors and ports for dust or damage before installation and, if necessary, clean connector endfaces with appropriate fibre cleaning tools. Route the 7 m cable through cable management channels or trays, avoiding sharp bends or pinch points; follow minimum bend radius guidelines for G.657.A2 fibre to preserve signal integrity. Insert LC connectors into compatible LC ports on transceivers, patch panels or switches until a secure click is felt. Verify the optical link with appropriate testing equipment or by checking device link status indicators.

Recommendations

For reliable long‑term performance, avoid repeated tight bending and maintain proper strain relief. Store the cable coiled with a gentle radius when not in use and protect connector endfaces with dust caps during handling and installation.
