Cavo in fibra ottica METZ CONNECT 151P7JAJAB0E LC I-V(ZN) H 20 m bianco

The METZ CONNECT 151P7JAJAB0E LC I-V(ZN) H is a 20 m single-mode fibre optic cable designed for reliable data transmission in structured networks. Equipped with LC connectors on both ends and using G.657.A2 fibre with a 9 µm core diameter, this white cable is intended for installations where low bend sensitivity and consistent signal integrity are required. The I-V(ZN) H cable construction provides mechanical protection and environmental resistance suitable for indoor routing and equipment interconnections.

Advantages

This fibre optic cable combines LC–LC connectivity with G.657.A2 fibre characteristics to reduce bend losses and maintain optical performance over long runs. The 20 m length offers flexibility for patching between cabinets, racks and active network devices without additional splicing. The white jacket delivers a neutral appearance for visible installations and helps with cable identification in multi-cable environments. The cable type I-V(ZN) H contributes to durability and predictable handling during installation and maintenance.

Key specifications

• Fibre type: G.657.A2 single-mode
• Core diameter: 9 µm
• Connectors: LC on both ends (LC–LC)
• Cable length: 20 m
• Cable type: I-V(ZN) H
• Colour: White

How to use

Route the METZ CONNECT LC–LC fibre cable between the desired network devices or rack panels, ensuring connector endfaces are clean before mating to avoid contamination and signal loss. Use the appropriate adapters or patch-panel ports for LC connectors and avoid sharp bends beyond the minimum bend radius specified for G.657.A2 fibre. Secure the cable with cable management accessories to prevent strain on connectors and maintain orderly routing. When unplugging, handle the LC connectors by the boot or body rather than pulling the cable jacket.

Recommendations

Clean connector endfaces with suitable fibre cleaning tools before each connection. Maintain gentle bends and avoid compressive forces on the cable. Store unused lengths on a spool or in a cable tray to protect the jacket and fibre alignment.
