Cavo in fibra ottica monomodale LC Ubiquiti FC-SM-300 91,44 m nero

The Ubiquiti Single-Mode LC Fiber Cable FC-SM-300 is a 91.44 m (300 ft) outdoor-rated fiber optic cable with LC connectors on both ends. Lightweight and flexible, this single-mode cable is designed for long-distance data transmission with low signal loss and stable bandwidth, suitable for connecting outdoor routing and switching equipment such as Ubiquiti EdgePoint and other network devices.

Advantages

Single-mode construction minimizes attenuation for extended reach, while LC terminations provide standard, compact connector compatibility. The cable’s lightweight and flexible design simplifies installation on towers and outdoor runs. Available in industry-standard lengths, it supports reliable, high-bandwidth links between outdoor network nodes.

Suitable for

• Outdoor links between towers and network nodes
• Connecting Ubiquiti EdgePoint and outdoor routing/switching equipment
• Long-distance point-to-point fiber connections
• Backhaul links for ISP or campus networks

Key specifications

• Brand: UBIQUITI
• Model / MPN: FC-SM-300
• Type: Single-mode fiber
• Connector: LC to LC
• Length: 91.44 m (300 ft)
• Color: Black

How to use

Route the fiber cable between the two connection points, avoiding sharp bends and physical stress. Terminate each end into compatible LC ports on your outdoor routing or switching devices. Secure the cable along towers or poles with appropriate clamps or ties, maintaining specified bend radius and protection from mechanical damage. Test the link with suitable optical testing equipment after installation to verify signal integrity.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep bend radii above the manufacturer’s minimum, protect exposed runs with conduit or armoring where necessary, and use dust caps on LC connectors until final mating. Use compatible single-mode transceivers and follow site grounding and surge protection practices for outdoor network deployments.
